Incline DB Bench:

Flat DB Flyes:
1 Warmup, 35/10, 10, 10

Dips:
25, 25, 22, 20

Rope Pressdown:
1 Warmup, 10, 12

Lying Extention:
65/10, 55/12

35 Min Low Intensity Cardio
