Great leg workout today, completely shot.

Leg Press:
2 Warmups, 490/8, 580/6, 630/4

Stiff Leg DL:
2 Warmups, 185/10, 10, 10

Squats:
135/15, 185/10, 185/10

Walking Lunges:
1 Warmup, 45lb Plates/20, 20 (total)

Calf Press:
2 Warmups, 280/15, 15

Upper Ab Work
