Felt a little tired today, maybe got "too" much sleep. I felt like I was kind of dragging through the workout towards the end. Looking forward to the day off tomorrow and coming back hard again.

Bent Rows:

Rope Pulldown:

DB Shoulder Press:
2 Warmups, 65/6, 5
Front Raises/Seated Lateral Raises Superset:
20/12-15/12, 20/12-15/11, 20/12-15/11
