Incline DB Bench Press:

Flat DB Flyes:

Incline DB Curls:
2 Warmups, 30/8each, 35/6each
Close Grip Bench Press:
2 Warmups, 185/6, 175/6
Concentration Curls/DB Kickbacks Superset:
40/8-15/20, 35/10, 20/15
