Chest Dips:

Flat Bench X Reps:

Barbell Curls:
2 Warmups, 105/5, 5
Tricep Pressdowns:
2 Warmups, 150/7, 140/12
Rope Curls/Tricep Extentions Superset:
100/15-70/10; 100/15-70/10
35 min low intensity cardio
